Schedule an Appointment

My standard schedule is Monday – Friday, 10am-6pm and Sundays 3-7pm. On occasion I am able to accommodate other scheduling needs. To request an appointment, please complete one of the forms below.

• New Patient Scheduling Request

  Use the new patient form unless you have had an appointment in my office within the past year.

• Established Patient Scheduling Request

  I also respond to direct text messages and emails from established patients, but be warned that I may not respond if I don’t know you.

Fees and Insurance

Cash fees are $90 for your first visit (1 1/2 hours) and $75 after that. I accept cash and checks. At this time, I am not able to take credit cards. Sliding scale discounts are available for low-income, seniors, students and military, so please ask!

Summer Special: first visit for only $50 through the end of June! A $40 savings for new patients. Gift certificates are available, as always. Future special offers will be announced on the Artemesia Blog and occasionally through Twitter.
